Donations Needed For Eastchester Community Food Bank

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Items for the food bank are being collected by the Westchester Community Opportunity Program - Eastchester Community Action Partnership (WESTCOP) at 142-144 Main St, in Tuckahoe.

A food collection drive to help families in need is under way in Eastchester.

The donations will help feed families in need in the community.

The public can help by donating the following items: canned tuna, salmon, ham, chicken and beef, rice, hot and cold cereal, pancake mix, canned beans, macaroni and cheese, cheese pasta and pasta sauce, canned fruits and vegetables, holiday items, such as turkeys, hams, chickens, cranberry sauce, canned milk, stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, canned vegetables, pie crusts and filling, gravy, salt, pepper, seasoning packets, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits.

Monetary donations are also accepted.
