World-Renowned Cellist Performs at Scarsdale Music School Benefit

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- World-Renowned Cellist Steven Isserlis will perform at Scarsdale's Hoff-Barthelson Music School's annual benefit recital and reception on Sunday, March 13.

The event will feature a recital by Isserlis and young pianist Roman Rabinovich. The program includes Schubert’s Arpeggione Sonata, works by Dvořák and Suk, and a solo cello suite by J.S. Bach. 

Tickets are: $500/benefactor, includes, pre-recital dinner reception in Mamaroneck, reserved premium recital seating, post-recital dessert reception with the artists, a CD signed by Isserlis; $150/patron, includes reserved recital seating, post-recital dessert reception with the artists, a CD signed by Isserlis; $75/HBMS Angel; and $40/student.

The event, chaired by Susan Boccardi and Marc Susswein, will begin at 6 p.m. at the Emelin Theatre, 153 Library Lane, Mamaroneck.
