Friday, Oct. 12

19th Annual Westchester Fine Craft Show: 10 a.m. The show will be comprised of a mixture of art, fashion and interior design. Admission costs $12.00. Westchester County County Center, 198 Central Ave., White Plains.

Bronxville Jewelers Reopening: 6 p.m. Come to the grand reopening celebration of the jewelry store. 78 Kraft Ave., Bronxville.

Antique and Art Appraisal: 7:30 p.m. Find out exactly how much your attic treasures are worth. The proceeds will benefit Student Advocacy, a Westchester-based non-profit that helps struggling students get on track to school success. The appraisal costs $45.00. 444 Saw Mill River Road, Elmsford.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Illumination Art Workshop: 1 p.m. Create a work of art to light up the night made with reflective materials, including mirrors, glass beads, aluminum foil, candles and more. Bring a flashlight to this workshop. The workshop costs $15.00. Kathryn W. Davis RiverWalk Center, 299 Palmer Ave., Sleepy Hollow.

Growlers Beer Bistro's Oktoberfest: 1 p.m to 11 p.m. There will be Gergman beer and food. There will also be games, face painting, jousting, pumpkin decorating and live music. The event is free. Growlers Beer Bistro, 25 Main St, Tuckahoe.

Multicultural Children's Book Festival: 11 p.m. The Westchester Multicultural Children’s Book Festival brings together authors, publishers and book lovers from all over. The festival is free. White Plains Library Plaza, 100 Martine Ave, White Plains.

Sunday, Oct. 14

Diabetes Walk: 10 a.m. "Walk for a Cure" of Type 1 Diabetes for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The event is free. Casino at Yonkers Raceway, 810 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers.

Breast Cancer Awareness Bike Ride: 1 p.m. The 7th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Ride with 10 and 25 mile options. The event costs $25.00. All proceeds benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Danny's Cycles, 3085 E. Main St., Mohegan Lake.

Sports Author Book Signing: 1 p.m. JCC of Mid-Westchester will present a lecture and book signing featuring prominent sports authors Sharon Robinson and Kostya Kennedy. The event is free to attend. Bendheim Performing Arts Center, 999 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale.
