Health Lecture for Seniors: 2 p.m. 2012 Gramatan Village presents its final health lecture called, “Sharp Again Naturally - Nutrition for your Brain!” Nutritional Microbiologist Rick Panson will speak. Mental Health Gala: 6:30 p.m. Join The Mental Health Association of Westchester at its annual benefit, Autumn on the Hudson. The event includes cocktails, dinner, music and award presentations to individuals who foster awareness of mental health needs, generate innovation and are committed to helping adults and children lead healthy, independent lives.
