The three prepared a heart-healthy meal of sea bass with a side of asparagus, a couscous salad and healthy apple cobbler dessert for a full crowd. Dr. Mercando also gave a presentation on healthy eating and cardiac health.

The event sold out so quickly, that the hospital decided to host a second occurrence of the event on Thursday, March 3. For more information on NYP/Lawrence’s Dinner with the Doctor series, visit nyplawrence.org.
