BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Midland Music, the professional music series of the Bronxville Women's Club, will open its series of three concerts at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The concert, titled "An Afternoon of Beautiful Music," will feature music for flute, violin and guitar. Performing are DuoEssence: Rebecca Kuchl on flute and Chris Funke on guitar, with Joyce Rasmussen Balint on violin. The program will include selections by J.S. Bach, Joseph Kreutzer, Rossini and Robert Beaser.
The event is sponsored by The Mozartina Musical Arts Conservatory. Tickets will be available at the door, and suggested donations are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and $5 for students. For more information, call 914-337-3252. The Bronxville Women's Club is at 135 Midland Ave.
