“The first years (of motherhood) are the toughest. Then suddenly, as your children become more self-sufficient, your sense of self returns along with it,” says Ostrofsky.

Topics she will cover include figuring out what to do now once children are more self-sufficient, understanding when it’s right to return to work, how best to balance intellectual fulfillment and flexibility, and stepping toward a new career using your current skills.

Ostrofsky is the author of “I’m Scared & Doing it Anyway.”

To reserve your spot at the talk, call Joann Meehan at 914-337-7680, ext. 31.
