Bronxville Women's Club Turns Coffeehouse Friday Night

BRONXVILLE N.Y. – Residents are invited to the Bronxville Women's Club on Friday night where it will turn into a coffeehouse with live musical performances. 

Bronxville resident Sal Casabianca will host the event. Performing will be vocalists and guitarists Gus Amador and Jaclyn Falk, and Crestwood resident Ted Horan on Spanish guitar. 

The event is open to the public and will begin at 8 p.m. Admission is $5 and includes coffee and snacks. For more information, call 914-337-3252.

Saw Mill River Parkway Crash In Elmsford Slows Traffic Tuesday

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Two lanes southbound on the Saw Mill River Parkway were blocked Tuesday evening due to a multiple car accident on just south of Exit 20 near the I-287 in Elmsford.

The right lanes in both northbound and southbound directions of the parkway were closed around 5 p.m. with emergency vehicles on the scene.

Thunderstorm Warnings Posted For Westchester For Tuesday

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. - The National Weather Service posted a thunderstorm warning for southern Westchester County at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.

The storms could be accompanied by lightning, hail and high winds of up to 50 mph, the weather service said.
