Officials announced on Wednesday that Starbucks Coffee has signed a lease for 2,049-square-feet of space on the plaza level of the building on North Broadway, while ISO, a Japanese sushi restaurant will be signing on to lease a 2,580-square-foot space at the 85,000-square-foot mixed-use center.

Starbucks is planning to open next January. No timetable has been announced for a grand opening of ISO, though officials noted that it’s the third restaurant to lease space at the Boyce Thompson Center and it will seat more than 80 patrons at any given time.

“The addition of Starbucks, one of the world’s most successful companies, is going to further enhance and animate the Boyce Thompson Center as a destination point for area businesses and the general public,” Joanna Simone, Vice President of Leasing and Property Management Operations for Simone Development Companies said in a statement. “We are very proud to have this iconic brand on our tenant roster.”
