At their grand opening celebration, Kozak gave a small taste of what patrons can expect from PWR [+] Barre, providing demonstrations of various exercise routines that will be provided at the gym. With the doors officially opened, Kozak and Avellino have begun hosting a variety of classes that have proven popular early on.
Kozak added that at PWR [+] Barre, she and her staff of licensed, certified trainers will help participants of all experience levels reach their own personal bests.
“At PWR [+] Barre, we help our clients take their fitness from where they are now to new personally undiscovered levels,” she said. “We help define their health objectives and implement unique routines to help them achieve those objectives.
